    1. I was on board until I saw "eat sparingly popcorn," and AVOID bacon, but I LOVE bacon. Waaaaahhhhhhh. Okay, silly temper tantrum done.

    2. This is a list I like to dislike ;)

      Although! I am going to save it and turn to it more often. I'm in need of eating more estrogen increasing foods. Getting here...
