Target Calories for Healthy Weight Loss

How do you know how many calories should be your target in order to lose weight in a healthy way?
Simply multiply your current weight in pounds by 10 to get the number of calories you should be eating. For example, if you weigh 180 pounds and you want to slowly lose weight, you can eat 1,800 calories a day. As you lose weight, this target calorie count will change accordingly.
