Pesto
1 1/2 cups fresh Basil leaves
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Olive oil
Blend in a blender or food processor basil leaves, garlic and pine nuts. To that mixture add cheese and olive oil. Use as a topping on pasta or baked potato.
