2 cups whipping cream
2 cups milk (4 cups half and half can substitute for the cream and milk)
1/2 tea. Salt
1/2 tea. Garlic powder
1/4 tea. Black Pepper
1/2 tea. Salt

1/4 tea. Black Pepper
Bring to a boil. Gradually add:
1 cup Quick cooking grits
1 cup Quick cooking grits
stirring. Return to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes. Add:
4 oz. Cream cheese
6 oz. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tea. hot sauce
Stir to mix and serve.
For Dinner Grits, add:
2 tsp. creole seasoning
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
