Ingredients
- 1 btl. Teriyaki sauce
- 4 Tab. butter or gfcf margarine
- 1 pound fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced or whole, if small
- Sesame seeds, optional
- Spring onions, chopped, optional
Cooking Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- OR Place all ingredients into a pot on the stovetop and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice, noodles or baked potatoes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or chopped spring onions.
