Cauliflower Curry

 2 cans coconut milk

32 oz. frozen cauliflower

1 – 10 .oz cans diced tomatoes with green chiles

2 Tbs curry powder

1 tsp paprika

1 Tbs onion powder

1 Tbs garlic powder

1 Tab. Canola Oil

2 cans chickpeas

Put all the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook for up to 4 hours on high and 7-8 hours on low.
