Focaccia Bread

1/2 cup milk +
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
3 1/3 cups flour +
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 egg
3/4 cup Italian mixed cheese
3 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Optional toppings
Sliced olives
Green onions tops
Sweet pepper
Red pepper flakes
Pepperocini

Mix together milk, sugar and yeast, let it rest until the yeast blooms. Meanwhile mix together flour, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix together yogurt and egg. Once yeast blooms pour the yeast mixture and yogurt mixture in the flour mixture and mix together until you get a shaggy mixture. You might need to add more milk or flour if it's too wet or dry. Once it gets into a shaggy mixture knead until everything combines and it becomes a tight ball. Let the ball of dough rise in a oiled bowl for an hour or until doubled in size. Once doubled press the dough into a well oiled cookie sheet and oil the top, sprinkle on cheese, salt and rosemary. At this point you can add in whatever toppings you want. These toppings can be made into a picture or just generally sprinkled. Gently press in the toppings and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes. After that bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
