Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower chopped into florets
15 oz. chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. sea salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sriracha
2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. ginger grated
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 large (gallon) freezer bag or reusable silicone bag
1 medium (quart) freezer bag
Preparation
In a large freezer bag, combine cauliflower florets, chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the remaining ingredients in a medium sized freezer bag.
Remove excess air from both bags. Seal, staple bags together above the seal and freeze.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw.
Empty the large bag on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
Toss with sauce. Set the oven to broil and broil for 6-7 minutes.
