Nachos

 Nachos

Serves 4  people

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips

  • 8 ounces cheese, grated (about 2 cups)

  • 1 jar salsa

  • 1 jalapeño (pickled or fresh), sliced

  • 1 carton sour cream

  • 1 can sliced black olives

  • guacamole

Cooking Instructions

  1. Top tortilla chips with cheese.

  2. Heat in microwave until melted.

  3. Top with desired toppings.
